Shane Lowney, a mechanical engineer working in Tampa, Florida with a factory helping the operators of heavy machinery work efficiently and safely, graduated from the Florida Technology Institute, or the Florida Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2002. Lowney learned all of the skills necessary from Florida Technology Institute, located in Melbourne, Florida, on the state’s Space Coast, to start a rewarding career in mechanical engineering in his hometown of Tampa.
